Rearrange the furniture. Go on, change it up! Sit in a difference chair for a different perspective. What about those picture frames? Do they bore you? Look around and think about it. Think about your environment. It's amazing what a new colour on the walls will do to uplift your spirit. So many people are afraid of taking chances (is painting a wall really that big a deal? It's only paint, if you don't like it, you can try a different colour). Not only will enhancing your surroundings raise your energy and sense of optimism, it will get you moving... exercise by doing, by lifting, by climbing a ladder, by stretching that paint roller. You'll be happier and fitter... you've got nothing to lose.
